 Pantoprazole 40 Mg Injection Manufactures:- Pantoprazole, first sold under the brand name Protonix, is used for short-term treatment of erosive esophagitis associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease and other conditions involving excess stomach acid. It reduces the amount of stomach acid and helps to reduce painful symptoms related to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Pantoprazole is in a class of medications called proton-pump inhibitors. It works by decreasing the amount of acid made in the stomach. It works by decreasing the amount of acid made in the stomach.  Protonix is used to treat erosive esophagitis (damage to the esophagus from stomach acid), and other conditions involving excess stomach acid such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Side effects:- The most common side effects that occur with pantoprazole include:- Headache, fever, cold symptoms such as, stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, stomach pain, gas, nausea, vomiting, mild diarrhea or joint pain.
